Ravenswood Manor Renovation

This project was a complete renovation of 1920’s cotswald-style single family home. The addition seamlessly blended into the original construction of the house. The new garage so closely resembled the house it is considered by neighbors to be original construction. We invisibly inserted roughly 6,000 pounds of structural steel in order to reconfigure the existing structure into a home with a flowing layout. Fully modern mechanics were neatly tucked into the new plan without compromising the charm of the original house. We were able to maintain some original details, such as the restoration of a grand limestone mantle in the living room and a wood and wrought iron banister. No amount of attention to detail was spared in this project, and the end result was a beautifully restored and perfectly updated, elegant home.
