Lakeview Graystone Restoration

For this complete renovation of a significant graystone in Lakeview, we worked closely with one of the city’s top architects and interior designers (who was also the owner). The seamless transition from outdated structure to a modern and gracious home required correcting many years of eccentric alterations in order to restore the house to its original grandeur. One of the challenges faced was inserting a modern sized great room into the existing structure while maintaining the support for the floors overhead.
